NIcely Decorated, cozy and comfortable, beautifully furnished home. Close to beaches and many actions including Tarpon Springs, famous sponge capital of the world and has cruises to Anaclote Island and many great Greek restaurants. Key Vista Nature Park, Anaclote Gulf Park, and Anaclote River Park beach are very close. Howard Park is close and unique sitting out in the Gulf and popular Clearwater Beach is just 27 miles south. Manatee State park is north where you can visit them too. The space This home is located just 1/4 mile from the gulf. The perfect place for Kayakers and boaters or those that just want to relax! It is a beautiful and peaceful 2 bedroom, one bath with plenty of off street parking. There is high speed WIFI, no cable , but the new 50 inch Roku tv is ready for Netflix viewing or other services to which the guests have subscriptions and local stations are available under live tv option on menu. The kitchen has a cook top stove, new wall oven and microwave as well as everything you might need for your stay and cooking needs. There is a screened back porch with glass table and chairs for your enjoyment and relaxation. There is a fenced back yard. There are two driveways for parking. You will be provided a code for self check in a couple days before arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the house , screened patio and fenced back yard. There is plenty of parking in front of the house with two connected driveways, one circular and one straight. Other things to note This house is for individual and family vacations and business related trips only. The host gladly rents to responsible adults over the age of 25. No underage person can rent without being accompanied by a parent. This is not a party house~for spring break, graduation etc. PLEASE make sure you are sand free after visiting the beach, it is extremely hard to remove from furniture! Do not use house towels for beach Please dispose of any open unused food in the refrigerator and any other trash in the bathroom and kitchen before your departure. Please do not put any women sanitary items down the toilet Patio Door opens from the left side! Please do not open the windows! Please wash any dishes you may have used during your stay. Please leave the house in tidy condition. No smoking/ No vaping No pets There are only two beds so it is set up for either 2 couples or 2 people requiring separate bedrooms or a couple and one single. Driveway parking only There is a charging port on the clock in the master bedroom The light for the overhead kitchen light is actually located on the hall way wall by the dining area. All trash should be put in the blue Container to the side of the house If your arrival is a little earlier or departure a little later than my hours, please contact me and I will try to work that out for you. No parties! Please be respectful of quiet hours for the neighbors that work! No other people are allowed to spend the night other than the original guests If you leave for the day or your vacation has ended , please set the thermostat for 78 degrees. Please let me know when you request a reservation that you have read all the above. The person making the reservation must be a guest staying at the house and all minors must be accompanied by an of age guest.
