Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests and the building also counts with a shared backyard for all guests to enjoy nature and have a beautiful view of the wall that divided the city of Santo Domingo. Other things to note Electricity is not included for weekly and monthly stays. There is a US$20 surcharge per week for electricity consumption for stays under 30 nights. For long-term stays (more than 30 nights), there is a US$80 surcharge per month of electricity consumption.
