Other things to note Home Truths: - This home is 3 separate units located in the same building, each with its own kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. - Unit 1 sits on the second and third floors of the home. Access requires climbing a set of steep stairs. - Please note that this home does not have an AC. - This home has a wall heater. - This home does not have a washer & dryer. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours. - Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur. - This home has a max occupancy of 22. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. - All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: Four parking spaces. Parking spots are ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have a lot of difficulty getting in and out; while larger vehicles will not fit at all and are at risk of fines & towing if past a certain point in the alleyway.
