This beautiful sea-front villa with private freshwater pool is situated in Privlaka, a popular seaside town, 20 km NW of Zadar city. The villa enjoys a lovely location: it sits just a few metres from one of the best sandy beaches on coast and overlooks the sea anda panoramic view of the islands. The space The villas are spacious, tasteful and of high quality and practical furnishings and offer everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing holiday. On a floor space of 142 square meters, the three-story terraced house can accommodate ten people. Newly built in 2016, this holiday home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room. On the ground floor is the living room with an integrated kitchen. The seating area with the modern flat-screen TV invites you to a cozy TV evening. Through the glass door behind the large dining area, you get directly to the outside on the terrace. From the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, which adjoins the dining area, you also have sea views. One of the four modern bathrooms is also located on the ground floor. The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Finally, on the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace, from which you also have a great view. The house is completely covered with a wireless signal. Further sleeping facilities are a cot and two sofa beds for one person (90 x 200 cm). Internet and washing machine can be used free of charge. A high chair will be provided upon request. Air conditioners are located in all rooms, so you can feel good even on hot days indoors and sleep well. The use of air conditioners is free of charge. This house belongs a great outdoor area with a 3 x 5 m heated pool with counter-swimming option, a solar shower, a furnished terrace, a barbecue, and a large parasol, which donates shade when needed. Of course, the terrace with a magnificent view of the blue sea will be your favorite spot. There are two parking spaces next to the house. Other things to note For reservations other than Saturday-Saturday, it is possible to assign another house of the same category in the same location.
