It is also 10 minutes to the ferry for great aquatic (SCUBA, Snorkeling, kayaking, etc.) activities on a few beautiful islands. KASA DE KAY is ideal for solo adventurers, couples, and families. Our condo is very spacious with all the conveniences of home. The space Our condo is very spacious with all the conveniences of home. You have full access to the condo and there is an air condition unit in every bedroom with ceiling fans/ ac in the living room and ceiling fan in kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipment and apartment has its own washer and dryer. There is a great rooftop terrace great for evening dining and looking at the stars which is private. You can also enjoy the pool, tennis court, and basketball court on site. Close to all outdoor activities, dining, shopping and touring. Guest access The complex has 24 hr security and you will have a key for entering the pool area and beach. The tennis court/pickleball as well as the basketball is available everyday unless otherwise noted. The balls and rackets are in the apt. Other things to note There will be a cleaning fee of $125 after your stay. Because of high energy cost on the Island we will apply an energy fee for the months of June thru August of only $75 per week.
