The cottage has ample room for guests, with 3 bedrooms, lounge area with woodburning stove, dining area, two shower rooms (one with w.c.) and additional w.c. Guest access Accommodation: Ground floor: Well equipped kitchen with wooden units, polished granite worktops, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, large fridge freezer. Utility area with washing machine and tumble drier Dining area with table and chairs. Living area with large sofas, large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove, TV, DVD player. Shower room with shower, and wash basin. Separate WC and wash basin. First floor: Twin bedded room with views over the village. Two double-bedded rooms with views over the village shower room with shower, wash basin and WC. Exterior facilities: Private lawn area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. (There is a fence but it is not escape proof). Heating: oil fired central heating and wood burning stove. The cottage has wifi, books and games. Other things to note Up to two dogs welcome - please advise us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog. We do ask that you don't leave your dog unattended in the cottage. The garden is lovely but it is not escape proof.
