This house is perfect for families who want to relax or entertain! It has it all! This newly renovated home is right on the water at the North end of Conesus lake. It has a detached garage game room including basketball, foosball, darts, shuffleboard, poker table and more. Walking distance to Vitale park, gas station, liquor store, and multiple restaurants! The space The main level has an open floor plan with a full view of the lake. There is a large dining room table and kitchen island seating to accommodate your whole party. Each bedroom has multiple beds to accommodate large groups or multiple families. Other things to note Please Note: To ensure a comfortable and relaxed experience for our guests, we generally require a 3–4 night minimum stay. During peak season (June–August), a 7-night minimum is typically required, with arrivals and departures on weekends. We understand that travel plans can vary, so don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to accommodate shorter stays when possible.
