The space UNIQUE OCEAN FRONT DUPLEX: Interior connecting door gives easy access to 2 full kitchens, 4 full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms with 12 beds, 2 full living and dining areas, 2 fireplaces, 2 decks, 2 barbeques, multiple TVs, and 2 laundries. The upper and lower units can be separated with locked doors, or open to share the space. Dogs are welcome with a 2-dog max per level. Private hot tub, yard, firepit and parking when renting entire house. WORK FROM HOME: You can work from home anywhere. Guest access Two stairs to front doors (with grab bars installed), with interior stairs with pony wall to the Upper level. The private yard leads directly to the beach, tidepools, rocks and surf as well as gorgeous views along the rear access road. When renting both units there is private parking for up to 6 cars. We recently received our short-term rental license and are no longer limited to 30+ night stays. We are in the process of setting up our booking calendar and nightly rates for short-term stays. We still offer substantial length of stay discounts for longer stays.
