The living area features a plush sofa and armchair alongside a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Chester. The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides everything you need to cook and dine at home, including a double oven, with one oven also functioning as a microwave, electric hob, tall fridge/freezer and essential cookware. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to help you settle in. Bedrooms & Bathroom The master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table, providing plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The second bedroom has a cosy double bed and clothing rail for storage. Both bedrooms are prepared with high-quality hypoallergenic linen for a comfortable night’s sleep. The stylish bathroom features a spacious double shower, wash basin and WC, with soft towels and luxury toiletries provided for your stay. Other things to note As with many Victorian properties, the staircase is slightly steeper than those found in modern homes. Most guests find it perfectly manageable, but if you have any mobility concerns, please get in touch prior to booking. For stays of more than 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service helps ensure the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cost of the mandatory mid-stay clean is £90, which includes general cleaning, fresh bed linen, and replacement towels. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the mid-stay clean. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional hourly charge. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please note also that this property features a ground floor bathroom. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately. Please note that the property does not have a garden or secure outdoor space for dogs. However, there are plenty of nearby walking routes and green spaces, including Grosvenor Park, which is perfect for exercising and exploring with your four-legged companion.
