The modern apartment is on the 8th floor of a well-kept building right in the city center, just steps from cafés, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is lovingly and exquisitely furnished, with a cozy box spring bed and a comfortable sofa bed – ideal for up to 4 people. A parking space in the in-house garage is at your disposal free of charge. The space The exclusive 30m² newly renovated apartment is located on the 7th floor of a world-class high-rise building in the heart of Karlsruhe city center. Upon entering the apartment, the free-standing living area and spacious balcony immediately come into the eye. If you hung the jacket next to the mirror, the Senseo coffee machine invites you to a good cup of coffee in the modern and fully equipped kitchenette. While the coffee is made, on the other hand, the discreet milk glass door to the bathroom stands out. In addition to a rain shower and a worthy seating area, you will also find a washing machine at your disposal. Back in the living area, you notice the comparatively large table, where 4 people could also eat comfortably together without any problems. 2 people would certainly be able to work on the laptop at the same time without getting in each other's way. The direct sockets are good for this. Your coffee is now ready and you'll grab your cup to see the view from the balcony. On the way through the room you pass by the large wardrobe and the particularly inviting queen-size box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00) and you notice that you not only have a great view of the smart TV with Netflix on the wall from the sofa, which can be folded out super quickly to a double bed (1.40 x 2.00). But now you have another great view: you step onto the balcony and find that you look directly over the city center on one side and on the other straight towards Karlsruhe Castle, which is a 5-minute walk away. The idea of a leisurely walk will immediately come to your head. You also do not miss that the east orientation of the balcony is very quiet and windless and invites you to a cozy outdoor breakfast. ;) To get something on the plate quickly, go around the corner in a good burger shop or eat sushi or ramen in 2 minutes. If you prefer to cook yourself, you can reach Aldi in 3 minutes or REWE in 5 minutes. in 7 minutes you can also reach the historic marketplace and, if it is market day, get extra fresh food!
