It is a cozy place with lots of light, in a colonial style, with wooden ceiling beams and 2 large skylights. It's located across from a beautiful park. It has a wonderful location, just 10 minutes from Santa Fe, an area with large shopping malls and offices. It has easy access to public transportation. A nice and quiet residential area where our guests will feel comfortable and welcomed by this beautiful city. The space To enter the property, there are 4 steps; the rest of the property is on one level, except for a small step to go down to the kitchen. The apartment is 50 m² (538 sq ft); outside, there is a light that turns on automatically every night. The kitchen has plates, glasses, and cutlery, as well as a frying pan, a saucepan, and spatulas for stirring. There is a mini-fridge, a water dispenser with a water jug, and a wooden dining area for 4 people. In the bathroom, there is a shower enclosure and a mirror. In each room, there is a single bed with a bed frame, a set of sheets, and a duvet, as well as a large wooden closet. In one of the rooms, there is an additional chest of drawers, and in the other, there is a bureau or nightstand.
