Wired for generator power. Heated with oil-drip stove. Located just off of the pipeline trail near Summit Lake in Interior Alaska. SUMMER ACCESS - Accessible by road in the summer (June-September). There is a steep gravel road just off of the Richardson Hwy to access the area. 4-wheel/All-wheel drive is recommended but not required. WINTER ACCESS - Accessible by snowmachine or foot (20 min hike from road) in the winter (October-May). BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING/SLEEPING BAG. Dry means: outhouse and no running water. Bring your own generator for power. (Owner’s generator will only be available when the owner is staying in the main cabin.) Be prepared to shovel out doorway if snow has drifted (shovel provided).
