Mile Post: 14.5 Exterior security cameras are installed to monitor entrances and the parking area for guest safety. No cameras are inside the home or in private areas. The first is under the house in the corner, by the picnic table. The second is upstairs, above the screen porch door. Both have motion-activated lights and record motion. Most pool heaters heat five to eight degrees above outside air temperatures. Outdoor community pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but the exact date for each community pool varies. Reach out to us for exact dates. The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes.
