Located in downtown Mill Run, just 5 minutes from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater. Ohiopyle is an 8 minute drive south and Seven Springs Resort is a 25 Minute Drive north. The space We have provided all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels. Each of the 5 bedrooms has it own privately attached bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Enjoy the large front porch and yard with fire ring and propane grill. Guest access Access to entire home and surrounding yard. Other things to note The house has a basic supply of toiletries and the following items. Trash bags Paper Towels Toilet Paper Coffee *Guests are responsible for supplying all additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay. 1) Pet Guidelines: - Approval must be obtained before bringing any pets. - A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per animal applies. - Pets should refrain from using furniture. - Pets must not enter showers or bathtubs. - Pets are prohibited from pools and hot tubs. - A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation. - Please do not use the provided towels for cleaning pets. - Violations of these rules may result in fees ranging from $250 to $750. 2) This home is located near neighbors. We are respectful of their privacy and quiet times (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced. 3) Firewood is provided. Please do not bring your own. 4) This home is located nearthe woods. It is common to see wildlife such as Bears, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, etc. Occasionally, small critters will make their way inside the home. While we do our best to keep them out completely, it is possible that you may come across one. Refunds are not issued for wildlife in the home **Important Booking Information** To help us prepare for your stay, all guests are required to complete a short pre-arrival registration, regardless of the platform used to make the reservation. This may include a rental agreement, vehicle registration, and pet registration (if bringing pets). Pet fees are collected separately through the pet registration form and are not included in the reservation total. A refundable damage hold may be placed on the card provided during registration before check-in (Airbnb reservations excluded). Booking confirmation and access information will be provided after all required registration forms have been completed.
