The space As you walk into the unit you find ample storage for coats, shoes, ski boots, helmets and other gear adjacent to the large open kitchen with island seating up to 7 or 8, where you can dine or just gather with friends and family. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and floor to ceiling marble tile and heated floor. Below the bar area under the floating stairs you'll find plenty of board games and a mini fridge to chill your preferred beverages to enjoy after a day on the slopes. As you lounge in the cozy family room in front of a wood-burning fireplace you can talk about the excitement of the day or watch your favorite cable or multiple streaming apps on the 85 inch (7 foot) TV. If you prefer to sit outside, enjoy the fire pit on the balcony, where you will also find a stainless steel grill to showcase your barbecue grilling skills. The master bedroom is located adjacent to the family room and has stunning views of the mountains and Beaver Creek village just across the creek. Yes, that's The Beaver Creek that runs along the property and generates the soothing sound of water rustling past Colorado river rocks that you can enjoy all night long on a cool summer night. The master bathroom includes a closet, a washer/dryer center, and high end natural stone countertop and shower tiles. After you shower, you can look forward to wrapping yourself in a warm towel, fresh off the towel warmer, and stepping onto the heated floor tiles throughout the entire bathroom. At the top of the floating stairs you will find two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (no bunk beds), accommodating up to 8 people. The smaller bedroom has one king size bed, vaulted wood ceilings, a large window with stunning views, a large TV, a desk, dresser, and a closet. It also has access to a bathroom with double sink vanity, heated tile floor, and a large soaking tub/shower. The larger bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds on the main floor, a sink and vanity with built-in dresser, a large closet for hanging clothes, a smaller storage closet, and a large TV. Stairs in this bedroom lead up to a loft with 2 additional twin beds and another TV. The loft is great for kids, but roomy enough to accommodate two adults, preferably adults that are not extremely tall as headroom is limited. This bedroom also has access to the large soaking tub/shower. Guest access Guests have access to covered parking on the property for one car at no charge. If necessary, additional parking is available at the base of Beaver Creek for $10/day with shuttle service that stops in front of the property. Guests also have access to a ski locker in the Building B lobby and a hot tub between Buildings A and B.
