Located in the outbuilding of the Napoleon III estate of Moulineaux, our modern and warm 200 m² gîte comfortably accommodates up to 10 people in an authentic and preserved setting. Guest access You will have access to the cottage located in the adjoining outbuilding of the estate (independent entrance and not overlooked), the woods, the pond and its surroundings, the private pool and the terrace. Check-ins and checkouts are facilitated thanks to our lockbox system, but in most cases I arrange to welcome you. I'm easily reachable throughout your stay. The capacity of the cottage is 10 people MAXIMUM. We are not authorized legislation and the Town Hall of La Chapelle Rablais to accommodate more people during the day, in the evening and at night. Other things to note The private pool is open from May to September. It is not heated but is fully buried and faces south. It is reserved exclusively for the occupants of the cottage. The 40 m² pool house is equipped with some sports equipment, and music. We leave at the disposal of our guests several outdoor games: bowling, badminton, various games for children... The proximity of the village farm (Les Montils (1 km), Vaux le Vicomte (20 km) and its castle, Fontainebleau (25 km) its climbing rocks and its castle, Provins (25 km) and its medieval town, Melun (25 km), Disneyland (40 km) and Paris (50 km) are major assets. Music is tolerated as background music (low volume) Very loud music is absolutely prohibited. The Gite is located in an area with an immediate neighborhood. To start the stay well, we will provide you with: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 dish towel, 1 sponge, 1 garbage bag, a little dishwashing liquid, hand soap (all for about two days), as well as salt and pepper.
