This open concept home has vaulted ceilings and plenty of bright, natural light. Living/Dining: Open concept with vaulted ceiling. Fully furnished kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, Keurig with coffee pot, tea kettle, and French press. Bar stool at kitchen counter and a high top table that seats three overlooking the living room. Living room has sleeper sofa, twin chairs, and an oversized twin sleeper chair. French doors from the living room lead to the patio. Master Bedroom: King bed and closet. Children's Rooms: twin bunks with private reading lights. Bathroom: Walk in shower, washer, and dryer. Located off master bedroom. Garage: A dual purpose area that adds living space to the property. A fun, family friendly, multi-purpose room that is heated in the winter. There is an indoor/outdoor table, indoor/outdoor games, and new outdoor use grill. This may be the space you make your best family memories. Outdoor Area: Step out the French doors to the Southern facing patio that allows for a view of the pond and miles of fields. There is another outdoor seating space on the East side of the house overlooking the field perfect for early risers to catch the sunrise. The North side of the house is the place to be at sunset. Parking: This house is great for guests of all ages. Zero step entry and you can park steps from the door. There is ample overflow parking available for campers, toy haulers, boats, RVs and trailers. A Few Helpful Tips: What separates this home from the rest is the relaxing views and natural light. If you are sensitive to light, we recommend packing a sleeping mask. This house was designed to sleep 6 to accomodate families and budget conscious travelers who do not mind sharing a cozy space. This house best accomodates two to four adults. Please inquire prior to booking if you have any questions. At this time we do not have air conditioning. We do have box fans available for use. If you are traveling with infants and need pack and play, high chair, etc, please inquire at time of booking. This is a no smoking/no vaping of any type of product property. This is a pet friendly property. Only one dog is allowed. Pets are to be pre-approved and there is a $150 pet fee per stay. Cancellation policy is enforced. If you have concerns about your ability to stay during your desired dates, please purchase trip insurance. Guest access Entire house, garage, and yard. This home is located on spacious rural acreage two miles south of Sault Ste. Marie. The property hosts other rentals. Each rental has plenty of private space. We ask that you respect the listed quiet hours of 10 P.M. - 6 A.M.
