The space Welcome to my MCM home conveniently located off two major roads but tucked back on a half acre in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Newly updated throughout featuring high quality linens and memory foam mattresses in each room. Private entrance, parking and fenced back yard with the larger yard shared with the Studio guests. Attention to detail at every turn for the ultimate Airbnb experience for you, your friends and your pups. Laundry baskets, hangers, soaps, USB outlets, steamer, hair blow dryers, makeup wipes, first aid kit etc etc! Your dogs are welcome to their own bowls, bed, toys, couch blanket and fully fenced in back yard! You’ll love the classic Florid- sun room stocked with comfy furniture, board games and a vintage shuffleboard! If enjoying the evening in front of a fire is your thing you’ll love the outdoor seating area, string lights and propane fire pit. The kitchen is brand spanking new and stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. Enjoy the WiFi connected TV , listen to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker or delve into the mini library. Feel free to add to the collection! I love working on this home from within the studio which shares a wall with the rental unit. I’ll be adding new art pieces and amenities so look for upgrades and changes ! Guest access Your space is 3 bed 2 bath with living space, kitchen, dining, sunroom and laundry. Private fenced backyard as well as access to the fenced half acre. The adjoining carport space and attached fenced yard is private. Other things to note Dog only home. No cats allowed due to allergy concerns. Other pets considered on case by case basis. $100/per stay 2 dogs max non refundable fee. Can be applied to invoice prior to payment on the website/ app. Non smoking. $250 fee for offenders. Discard paraphernalia in outdoor trash can. No cable TV provided, WiFi connected and streaming service access only. Fire pit table uses handheld lighter to start. Propane not guaranteed full during stay. Outdoor cushions should be put away in Rubbermaid container post stay. Please cover fire pit when not in use. Not child proof. The sunroom is NOT heated or cooled. Fees will apply for damages lines, towels and property. This includes excessive required cleaning at checkout. Accidents happen, just let me know prior to checkout so I can remedy any issues for the next guests and make your stay as pleasant as possible!
