Located in the heart of the green hills of the Marche region with the backdrop of the Sibillini Mountains, the organic farmhouse "Casale San Martino" is a corner of quiet serenity, surrounded by land owned by the farm, cultivated with organic methods and a large courtyard with green spaces, centuries-old trees, fruit trees, flower beds and a vegetable garden. The farmhouse is 4 km from the center of the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano, a strategic point halfway between the mountain and the beach, 20 minutes by car from the Sarnano ski resort and 40 minutes from the sea of Porto San Giorgio, Porto Sant'Elpidio and Civitanova Marche. The "Casale San Martino" was born from the idea of welcoming our guests in an ancient farmhouse recently rebuilt according to anti-seismic norms, respecting the construction tradition of our land with stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. Layout of the independent ground-floor accommodation: large 30-square-meter living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, full bathroom with washing machine. Veranda. The cost of the mini-whirlpool is 20 euros per night, calculated on the entire duration of the stay.
