Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedrooms apartment. Ideally located, you will be only 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. This fully furnished flat and fully equipped kitchen will let you feel like home. This apartment will immerse you in the Tel Avivian atmosphere while enjoying the summer walk on the Tel Avivian promenade. The HaCarmel Market will be nearby and you will be able to enjoy all his flavors. Downstairs there is a miklat inside the building. You'll need to fill in an online form to receive all your arrival and departure information, including a passport photo and a selfie photo. Then you will receive all check-in details. Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 17% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens) Please note that individuals who do not enter the country on a tourist VISA are required by law to pay a 17% VAT. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted. Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.
