On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish sitting room and a spacious dining room, and just outside the back door is the well-maintained patio terrace. The Old Farmhouse is a stunning Grade II listed period home which has been finished to a high standard and boasts impressive exposed beams, stone mullion windows and a large inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burner. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 2 medium sized cars. For additional cars or larger vehicles such as SUVs, on street parking can be found a short walk from the cottage 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) Sorry, no pets Free WiFi Mobile phone reception quality is poor Smart TV with Netflix (guests to use their own login details for Apps) Patio Thermostatically controlled oil filled, electric central heating Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stoves from October to April only The property has a small patio terrace outside, which is not enclosed and leads onto the communal parking area, therefore children should be supervised outside at all times The front door leads directly from the lounge to the main road, it is recommended it's kept locked if young children are staying The stairs lead directly into the master bedroom on the second floor The windows on the upper floors do not have locks and may be accessible to climbing small children This is an old, Grade II listed property and has many character features, including steps up to the front door, multiple floors, narrow and steep internal stairs, low beams including a beam that has to be ducked under to get to the master bedroom on the second floor The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property Things to Note...
