Fantastic, luxurious villa, with large gardens, swimming pool, and perfect for a vacation in style and comfort. It is located in the very center of Muro Leccese, one of the finest towns, near to the beautiful sea of Otranto. The house is full of art/design, and has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the old town, 20 people can dine outside under the pergola. The space Located in the center of Muro Leccese. On the first floor a very spacious suite composed of a double bedroom plus a single bedroom and one bathroom, another large bedroom (double bed) and one with 2 beds that share a bathroom. There is an outside shower, plus a large sitting room with fireplace. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and a shower outside. Two additional rooms with ensuite bathrooms, terrace, kitchen and one additional bathroom are available in a separate apartment in the same property and may be added for larger groups (NOTE: extra fee required). Large kitchen with annex room with a big table and fireplace and large living room, full of light, on the ground floor. The swimming pool is located on a higher level of the garden and it has a beautiful view on the old town. Another palazzo just next door with another swimming pool is owned by same owners. Together they can sleep up to 33 people. Great dining al fresco. Fantastic architecture, very large rooms. Spacious gardens. Fully equipped kitchen. Great place for hosting people. The house is in a beautiful square which is almost "private" (our house takes the entire square front), and is 100 m. from the main square. In the vicinity you will find excellent sweets and cakes and some fine restaurants, really affordable. No problem with parking your cars at no cost on the street. Car is necessary. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops, coffee bar, etc, at walking distance. Guest access This is a private villa so you have access to all of it.
