The shoreline on Lake Shamineau is flat, sandy, and clear, making it a great place to swim with the kids, paddle boat, and fish off the dock. The home backs Pine Ridge golf course and has activities for all seasons. The space This home is around 2,200 sq. ft. and is newly renovated throughout. King bedrooms upstairs are split apart and the home is perfect for kids of all ages. We leave a baby gate to protect the stairs and have a crib setup in the bottom queen bedroom for convivence to those that have little ones. We have a game room setup downstairs with ping pong, air hockey, and a 75" big screen TV. Expect a new, modern, safe, and clean space to enjoy while you visit! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, and lakeshore. This included direct private access to the lake and use of our dock and paddle boat during summer months.
