The space This discrete duplex was designed with a French country farmhouse in mind. Each room is extremely cozy and spacious. It's an absolute dream home and you’ll want to stay forever in all the over the top coziness that comes along with it. Every room hugs you and is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or TV show and a coffee or wine underneath a fluffy blanket. As fantastic as the city of Memphis is with so much to see and eat, it’ll be difficult to tear yourself away from the comfort and ambiance of this home. The kitchen is farmhouse perfection. It's fully stocked and chef-approved, as your host is a personal chef by day. It features a gas burner range, large farmhouse sink, brand new cookware and tools, and beautiful selection of dishes, perfect for meals to serve in the absolutely stunning dining room. There’s a coffee station with everything needed to make a delicious cup of coffee. There are two spacious bedrooms with soft luxury style bedding, a TV in each room, and plenty of space to hang and store clothing/luggage. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and the living room includes a pull out sofa sleeper with a very comfy mattress and a full set of cozy bedding. There's one bathroom that was designed to feel like a farmhouse spa. Other amenities include keyless entry, laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, off street parking for up to 2 cars, smart TVs, high-speed internet. This home is walking distance to The Hub - literally right across the street - that includes two delicious restaurants, a pub, and a local-focused grocery store. Summer Avenue, known for its international food scene is a short 2 minute drive.
