In the living room, furnished in bright colors, you will find a sofa bed, Tv and table; from the kitchen, two steps lead to the bedroom on the right, furnished with a French bed, wardrobe and Tv. On the left is the bathroom with shower. A wall closet located between the bathroom and the bedroom hides the washing machine. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the upper level, which features an air-conditioned attic with a French bed, reaching a maximum height of 2m and a minimum height of 1.60m. From here guests can also access the terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Piazza Kalsa and from which you can also see the sea on one side and the church of Spasimo on the other. The terrace is equipped for your relaxation: here you will find tables and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with induction hob. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
