The space ☆ Baba-Kul Three – Beachfront 2-Bedroom Villa Baba-Kul Three is a rare 2-bedroom beachfront villa in Bantai, one of the island’s most authentic beaches, facing the northern coast of Koh Samui. The beach is a wide lagoon stretching for several kilometers, offering shallow, safe waters year-round. It’s sometimes visited by fishermen, clam collectors, or kite surfers on windy days. Waves break far beyond the coral reef, about 200 meters from the shore, so swimming is always calm and safe. With water temperatures around 28°C all year and no dangerous fish, it’s a true tropical paradise. During low tide, long sandbanks appear, painting the lagoon in shades of blue — perfect for romantic walks. From the villa’s southwest-facing terrace, sunsets can be enjoyed all year round. Next door is the well-known Summer Luxury Resort, where you’re welcome to enjoy their 20-meter swimming pool, spa, and restaurant (just order a drink to support them). ☆ The Villa The villa is slightly elevated for natural ventilation, with cool shaded space underneath. You’ll reach the main floor via eight steps leading to the large balcony: One shaded area with a table and benches for outdoor dining. One semi-shaded tropical-style deck, sunny from the afternoon — ideal for private sunbathing. Inside, a large sliding door opens to the living room, now fully equipped with a 👉 brand-new air conditioning unit, ensuring comfort even during the hottest days. You’ll find a large sofa (convertible to extra bedding for up to 2 guests only on request), fans, and a Bluetooth speaker. Please note: the villa is designed for 4 people. If you’d like to host up to 6, kindly ask Mica before check-in; an additional fee applies for preparing extra bedding, towels, and linens. The kitchen is fully equipped: 2-burner gas stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, French Press coffee maker (free coffee and tea provided), toaster, rice cooker, blender for smoothies, full cooking utensils, and a stylish wooden counter with 4 stools. Wine glasses, champagne flutes, and more are also provided. Bedrooms & Bathroom Both bedrooms are on the same level as the kitchen and living room. Each comes with: Air conditioning & fan King-size bed (200 × 200 cm) 50” Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube Bedroom 1: Large wardrobes, panoramic lagoon views, a dedicated workspace with built-in desk, adjustable stool, and a makeup shelf. Bedroom 2: Built-in wardrobe, garden view, and a dedicated workspace. 👉Please not that Bedroom 1 is slightly bigger than Bedroom 2 . The bathroom is modern, with hot water, a large LED-lit mirror, Hafele toilet, and a built-in sink with two spacious drawers. From April to September, the tide is lower during the day, creating a huge natural playground — perfect for children to run, collect shells, and explore safely. In the evenings, the water rises again, bringing a calm sea that’s lovely for a refreshing dip. Nearby you’ll also find plenty of pools and other beaches where swimming is possible all day. If you’d like, we can provide a tide table to help you plan the best times for swimming. 🎶 PLEASE NOTE, PARTIES On Friday nights, you might hear music from Sabai Bay, just a few hundred meters away. The music usually stops after midnight. Many of our guests enjoy joining the atmosphere — it can be a fun local experience! This is the only night of the week when there might be a bit of noise.
