Contemporary style and a quiet older neighborhood that is currently being updated with remodeled homes near the revived downtown of Bryan with new restaurants and bars, new sports complex and Big Shots Golf! The space This home sleeps up to 9 guests in beds. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and it’s private vanity rooms and full bathroom with a wall in shower. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds with access to the full bathroom off from the hallway. The living room has a sectional sofa that folds into a queen sleeper sofa. If additional guest is needed, there is a nice foam mattress in the closet that folds out into a twin bed which can put out in any of the rooms where needed.
