Other things to note Please note that this is a 2-storey property, so you’ll need to climb the stairs. Private transport from the airport can be arranged at an additional cost. Please request this at least 48 hours in advance with your flight details. We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home upon arrival: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. However, these are not replenished during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know! A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after checkout, provided all terms are met.
 There are surveillance cameras on the property strictly for security purposes to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas. Turks and Caicos experiences a decrease in water supply, which can affect water pressure when reservoir levels are low. Water shortages may occur throughout the day. House Rules: - Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tents or other structures may be erected. - At check-out, you will be asked to take out the rubbish. Failing to do so will incur a $50 charge. - Renters agree to cover any costs related to damages during their stay or extra cleaning fees if needed afterwards. - Please note that electricity usage is included up to $45 per day. Before departure, the meter will be read, and any excess consumption will be charged to the guests. - You may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in. - Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained, and an additional fee will apply. - If you reserve through a platform where we are the merchant of record, a security deposit of $500 will be charged prior to your arrival and refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected for damages (service fees may apply). **A breach of any of these house rules will incur a penalty fee of $500 .** - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. - Parties or events are not permitted.
