Full of character it really hugs you and a short walk to river with fishing and wild water swimming from our pontoon where you can relax all day and bbq in a completely private setting. 200m from a popular bar/restaurant and boulangerie and 2km to aubeterre river beach and the bars and restaurants of beautiful aubeterre sur Dronne. Golf at Manoir de Longeveau - 5km and horse riding at Bors de Montmoreau 10km. The space This is a private apartment, you will have access to PRIVATE FISHING ON OUR OWN STRETCH OF THE RIVER. Also ideal for relaxing and birdwatching on our private riverside jetty Fully self contained with a private entrance up outside stairs you will also have a balcony to sit out and eat or sunbath Guest access Private Other things to note We have our own dogs and there are horses in the paddocks so if you are allergic that could be a problem.
