The flat has three spacious bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with a bathtub) and a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy your time relaxing or dining on the big panoramic terrace. Guest access Our guests have exclusive access to all the inner and outer spaces of apartment. The pool as well as the parking, bike recovery,laundry, barbecue area and playground are to share with the other guests of Residence La Collina. Other things to note Heating will be charged based on guests consumption at the rate of 0,3 EUR/kW. When temperature gets lower, during low season (LATE OCTOBER - MARCH), pool will always be closed.
