Comfy chairs on the balcony. ENTERTAINMENT: 42" TV mounted to wall. There is also a full array of plates, silverware, cups and wineglasses. The building was built in 1970, so it has a retro-charm, but if you're expecting brand-new construction, we're not it :) I don't want to call it old because my birthday might be really close to the building's :) The building has a parking garage on the 1st and 2nd floor and there is an elevator and stairs at each end of the building. Laundry room is on the 1st floor on your way out to the pool area. All common areas are accessed by a master key which will be in your room when you check-in. Daytime public beach parking next door. Other things to note House Rules: - No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay. - No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation. - Quiet hours from 10pm-8am - Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours. - Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed - No booking for another person. This is an Airbnb rule. The person booking must be the person staying and must be over the age of 21. - A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
