Upon approaching the impressive entrance, a stunning patio can be enjoyed with a beautiful water feature and comfortable seating area. Walk into the villa to find a grand entrance hall which to the left, leads on to the spacious and bright living area with a striking vaulted ceiling and a superb 85 inch TV screen. Through French windows, find a fantastic terrace space which overlooks a large private heated swimming pool, perfect for all year round swimming (which is available at an additional daily cost). The garden features beautifully landscaped greenery with several sunbathing spots for relaxation. On the ground floor, there’s a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a practical laundry room, which connect to a stylish and comfortable dining area. There is also a bright and tastefully furnished double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this floor. Downstairs, an exciting games room including a pool table, darts board, and TV area is at your disposal to entertain friends and family. This area also has a twin bedroom en-suite, perfect for guests who require privacy. On the properties’ second floor, there is the spacious master bedroom which features a luxurious en-suite bathroom and hydromassage jacuzzi bath and walk-in wardrobe. Two other charming en-suite twin bedrooms are also located on this floor. The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience. An off-street parking is provided and any additional vehicles can be parked on the road, directly outside the accommodation. In the property, you can enjoy a choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian which includes BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
