The vacation home was completely renovated in 2019. It is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and yet is only a few minutes' walk from the town center! Up to 6 adults can relax and spend their vacation on over 100 m² of living space. Our vacation home is an age-independent vacation home, ideal for families and friends (also pet-friendly – on request) who want to spend their vacation together. Our vacation home is a non-smoking house. The space 1.1 THE VACATION HOME The first floor combines kitchen, dining room and living room in a large, well-lit room, which allows our guests to enjoy domestic activities together, as the living space is distributed on one level. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, each equipped with a large, open rain shower. This ensures that guests do not disturb or hinder each other in the early morning hours when going to the bathroom. Recreation forms the basis of a vacation, so our rooms have king-size beds equipped with anti-allergenic 7-zone spring mattresses and fresh blankets and pillows. In the generously equipped kitchen you will find everything an amateur chef needs. Thus, as a guest, you can enjoy the uncompromising preparation of every meal as if you were at home. There are also days on vacation when you don't necessarily want to be out and about. On such days you can relax on the large terrace and even grill for dinner! The large garden even allows you to catch a few rays of sunshine if the weather cooperates. Overall, the house's furnishings combine high-quality, modern technology with simplicity and a touch of design. 1.2 THE AMENITIES The living room offers a large, cozy sofa with seating for up to 6 people, a fireplace (firewood is provided free of charge in winter) and a 55-inch UHD smart TV. Together you can drink a glass of wine with family or friends in front of the fireplace or end the evening with a movie. Upon request, a Netflix account will be provided for the duration of your stay. The dining area is equipped with a large glass table with six comfortable chairs. We can provide a highchair upon request. Our open, modern and generously equipped kitchen offers dishes, pots and everything else you need for cooking. The electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, the fridge with freezer compartment, the dishwasher, the microwave, the coffee maker, the toaster, etc. are all high-quality appliances from well-known manufacturers. Cooking utensils, spices, coffee capsules, cleaning agents, etc. are always available. As a small extra, there are two bar stools in the kitchen where you can drink a coffee in the morning or watch your loved one cook in the evening. A small selection of books and some board games for adults and children are also available. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with towel radiators and ground-level rain showers. The beds in the two tasteful bedrooms are equipped with comfortable duvets and three different pillows for each bed. Spacious wardrobes provide ample storage for your luggage and clothing. 1.3 GARDEN AND TERRACE Our vacation home has a large garden with a beautiful terrace. The large terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe and gives a beautiful view of the surroundings. Our fenced property is about 500 square meters. Comfortable garden chairs, a modern garden table, sun loungers and a high-quality awning guarantee a pleasant stay outdoors. A gas grill, including a gas bottle, is also provided for you to enjoy the evenings on the terrace. Guest access Guests will be greeted in person upon arrival by the owner or one of his representatives.
