Private driveway parking for one vehicle only located close to the entrance into the apartment (driveway is narrow so take care when maneuvering vehicle). Private one level Stairs entrance. Spring laden stair-gate is installed at top of stairs (Parents and guardian are responsible for making sure stair-gate is kept locked when in living spaces). Open Space Live/Eat area - Living room with 55 inch smart TV, Dinner table, with fully equipped Integrated kitchen and Study space (table and adjustable chair provided).
