Vacation home (200 m², sauna, electric charging station) "Asberg 17"

We are the Stöckl family and we are happy to welcome you to our vacation home completed in 2021. Asberg is a small village belonging to the municipality of Innernzell. We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close. On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group. The space The vacation home consists of an old building that has been completely renovated and a new building and thus combines a modern and comfortable ambience with rustic and traditional elements. The furnishings and amenities are new and of very high quality. There are the following rooms on approx. 200 square meters of living space: A spacious entrance area awaits on the first floor. From this you can access the living room with conservatory character; in principle, it would be possible for 1 person to sleep in the living room (armchair with mattress); on the other hand, it goes into the large, cozy living-dining-kitchen; this is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle); Likewise, a spacious and comfortable bathroom is available on the first floor with a bathtub under a great vaulted sky. Pure relaxation should be guaranteed in dimmed light or candlelight. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms each with double bed (lying area 180 x 200 cm; in each of the two bedrooms a baby bed could optionally be provided) and one bedroom with bunk bed. The bunk bed has a bed surface of 140 x 200 cm (bottom) and one of 90 x 200 cm (top). The upper bed is only suitable for people up to about 150 cm tall due to the remaining height to the ceiling; the comfortable bathroom on this floor is equipped with a walk-in shower and sauna; you can enjoy both sauna and steam room with us and sweat extensively. The glazed loggia with garden view on this floor invites you to relax, be it after the sauna or simply to end the day. In the attic there is a spacious attic studio, which invites you to linger, read, meditate or simply laze around. The highlight up here is the beautiful unobstructed view of the countryside. The attic studio is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed (sleeping area 140 × 200) as well as a TV. Another bed (90 × 200) can also be added. A small bathroom with shower is also available in the attic. Throughout the house there is underfloor heating, and in the bathrooms and in the living-dining-kitchen there is also wall heating. The house also has a garage (entrance height 1.95 m; with charging option for electric car for an extra charge) as well as a garden (about 150 square meters of lawn, sandbox available, fire/barbecue area and wooden benches) and a terrace in front of the living room with a seating area, beer table set in addition for larger groups, 4 garden loungers, a Hollywood swing and parasol; laundry is possible for longer stays on request for a fee; Guest access The house and its garden are exclusively at the guests' disposal. Key handover takes place in person or is possible by deposit at the house. A security deposit of €40 is required upon arrival for the house keys / radio transmitter (garage). An orientation (building services, sauna, etc.) is available on request and is recommended. Other things to note Shopping for everyday needs: There is an EDEKA supermarket, with a bakery and butcher less than 1 km away in Innernzell. A bread roll service is available on Tuesdays / Fridays and Saturdays. On Saturdays, a baker also stops by near the vacation home with direct sales. Recommendations for buying regional products / food are available in the vacation home. In addition to the specified amenities, we can provide the following: Foosball table in the house, badminton set, poker case, tennis court in the immediate vicinity (about 500 m) for a small fee and by appointment; from April to October, table tennis table in the garden; Shorter periods than 3 or 4 nights (only outside the holiday periods) on request. Arrival by car is recommended as you are in the countryside with us. Parking in winter: With a lot of snow or black ice, parking is only possible in the garage or in front of the garage due to the somewhat steep driveway to the house. In winter, in case of snowfall, only a sidewalk from the garage to the house is kept clear. The driveway is then not possible for cars.
