Vacation home (200 m², sauna, electric charging station) "Asberg 17"

We are the Stöckl family and we are happy to welcome you to our vacation home completed in 2021. Asberg is a small village belonging to the municipality of Innernzell. We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close. On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group. The space The vacation home consists of an old building that has been completely renovated and a new building, thus combining a modern and comfortable ambience with quaint and traditional features. The furnishings and amenities are new and of very high quality. There are the following rooms on approx. 200 square meters of living space: A spacious entrance area awaits on the ground floor. From here, you can access the living room, which has a conservatory feel; in principle, it would be possible for 1 person to sleep in the living room (recliner chair with mattress); on the other hand, you can access the large, cozy combined living/dining/kitchen area; this is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle). There is also a spacious and comfortable bathroom on the ground floor, with a bathtub under a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Pure relaxation should be guaranteed with dimmed light or candlelight. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms each with double bed (lying area 180 x 200 cm; in each of the two bedrooms a baby bed could optionally be provided) and one bedroom with bunk bed. The bunk bed has a sleeping surface of 140 x 200 cm (bottom) and 90 x 200 cm (top). Due to the remaining height to the ceiling, the upper sleeping area is only suitable for people up to approximately 150 cm (5 ft) tall; the comfortable bathroom on this level is equipped with a walk-in shower and sauna; you can enjoy both the sauna (max. 85 degrees Celsius/185 degrees Fahrenheit) and the sanarium with us and sweat profusely. The glazed loggia with garden views on this level invites you to relax, whether after the sauna or simply to end the day. In the attic, there is a spacious loft studio that is perfect for spending time, reading, meditating, or simply relaxing. The highlight up here is the beautiful unobstructed view of the countryside. The rooftop studio is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed (lying area 140x200) as well as a TV. Another bed (90 × 200) can also be added. A small bathroom with shower is also available in the attic. Throughout the house there is underfloor heating, and in the bathrooms and in the living-dining-kitchen there is also wall heating. The house also has a garage (entrance height 1.95 m; with charging facility for electric cars for an extra charge) as well as a garden (approx. 150 sqm of lawn, sandbox available, fire/barbecue area and wooden benches) and a terrace in front of the living room with a seating area. Optionally, after consultation: beer table set for larger groups, 4 garden loungers, a porch swing and a parasol. Laundry is (only) possible for longer stays upon request and for a fee in the neighboring house; Guest access The house and its garden are exclusively at the guests' disposal. Key handover takes place in person or is possible by deposit at the house. A security deposit of €40 is required upon arrival for the house keys / radio transmitter (garage). An orientation (building services, sauna, etc.) is available on request and is recommended. Other things to note Shopping for everyday needs: There is an EDEKA supermarket, with a bakery and butcher less than 1 km away in Innernzell. A bread roll service is available for the days Tuesday / Friday and Saturday. On Saturdays, there is also a baker nearby who sells directly from the vacation home. Recommendations for buying regional products / food are provided in the holiday home. In addition to the specified amenities, we can provide the following: Foosball table in the house, badminton set, poker case Shorter periods than 3 or 4 nights (only outside holiday seasons) are available on request. Arrival by car is recommended as you are staying with us in the countryside. Parking in winter: In the event of a lot of snow or black ice, parking is only possible in the garage or in front of the garage due to the slightly steep driveway to the house. In winter, only one sidewalk from the garage to the house is kept open in snowfall, the driveway is not possible for cars.
