At our beautiful Wingspan property, you’ll find two swimming/sunning docks, a fire pit, and an easy walk down a grassy hill to the best sandy beach at the lakes. Guest access The unit has two parking spaces - one in a car port and one on a pavement lot. The streets are plowed in the winter with the grounds kept up immaculately. Lilacs, fir trees, roaming deer, all flora and fauna are abundant. Other things to note The Lake Perch is a townhouse in a community of owners who don't rent, so courtesy of the neighbors is mandatory. Our pontoon boat is available to rent in our boat slip on Round Lake.
