Guest access MANDATORY CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS Upload a government-issued ID for the primary guest This should be the person who will check in first. If other guests in your group require amenity access, please upload IDs for each additional adult guest: • Up to 3 additional adults for a 2-bedroom unit • 1 additional adult for a 1-bedroom unit • Minors (under 18) do not need to submit an ID and do not count toward the maximum Note: Only guests with submitted IDs will be granted access to building amenities, regardless of how many people are staying in the unit. Provide your estimated arrival time Our on-site representative must be present at the front desk to assist with your registration. Access will not be granted unless all required steps are completed in advance. Other things to note There’ll be 2 FOBs (electronic keys for elevator access ) inside the apartment. It’s used in the elevator and to have access to your floor and amenities 15th floor. You’ll need amenity cards to access any amenity (pool, spa, gym). Limit of 4 amenity guest cards for adults per apartment, no exception. Amenities • Amenity passes are limited by building policy: • Studios and 1-bedroom units receive 2 passes for adults. • 2-bedroom units receive 4 passes for adults Please plan accordingly. Temporary Closure & Noise Notice • Balconies will be closed starting 08/01/ 2025. • Construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. • Windows may be covered with protective film during certain phases of the work. • The spa and fitness center will remain fully open and unaffected.
