Enjoy this furnished 3 bed., 2 ba. home w/ 3 queen beds, 1 full bath up, & 1 full bath down. 1+ car Deta. Gar. with 110 volt outlets. We can only accommodate guests that have at least 1-2 good past reviews. Choose the number of guests you will have on your reservation. You will sign a rental agreement to sign that specifies the number of people in it. No pets allowed due to allergies. We cannot accommodate more than 6 guests. The space To approve a booking request a person needs to have at least 1- 2 good prior reviews. If you dont have any reviews, please don't request to book. In order to confirm your booking you will need to send your email address to me at time of booking as some short term rental sites do not provide your email to hosts. You will then need to sign a short term rental agreement specifying the number of guests, and it lists the common sense rules, etc. You will also give permission to use a third-party to screening company to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Safely insurance is the company that I use for this. They use your drivers license to do that and this data does not go to me. You will receive an email to complete your screening, within 24 hours of you providing your email address. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact me if you have any questions. You will take a photo of your license and yourself from your phone. These 2 things need to be done within 72 hours of booking, or I will need to cancel the booking. I will enter your email address so you can receive the verification email from Safely. Safely protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. It is supposed to be easier than dealing with the short term rental companies. If there is damage above $100, there will be a $100 charge for the insurance deductible. If the damage is less than that then Air bb requests we contact you first to ask you to cover the damage, before they get involved and we would use air cover for damage less than $100, or excessive cleaning needs. Travel insurance is recommended as plans do sometimes need to be changed, especially in the winter, which is beyond our control. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. The kitchen, dining, living room, sun room are on the main level. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom upstairs. The 2nd full bathroom is in the lower level. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. There are pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot with filters/coffee, Keurig machine with 6 starter coffee pods. If you need more coffee than that, please bring your own coffee and /or pods or tea. There is a microwave, crock pot, roaster, toaster, bowls, and small air fryer etc to make meals at home. There are spices, pots, pans, a George foreman mini grill, electric tea kettle, and glass baking dishes. There is not an ice maker but there are ice cube trays. There is a kitchen breakfast nook with 4 spaces and a dining room table with 4 chairs. Hardwood floors on main and upper level. There is a sofa, round glass table, tv and console, and 2 chairs in the living room, and 2 chairs and table and TV in the sunroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and closet, dresser, tv, table and lamp. The neighbors are nice people and quiet so they will appreciate the same from guests during quiet hours 10:00 pm and later. There is a snow removal person hired to do snow, but that does take some time if there is a lot of snow. They don't remove smaller snow fall amounts. It is on a busy street so you will hear rush hour traffic in the morning and snow plows if there is snow to remove. The home has steam heat and the pipes do make a little noise when the heat cycles on. Nothing unusual but if you're not familiar you may wonder what it is. Guest access Check in time is 3:00 pm-10:00 pm. We are unable to accommodate a later time to check in, as we need to make sure you get in ok. If you can't arrive by that time, please do not request to book. Checkout time is 10:00 am. The door code will be sent to you the evening before, or on the morning of check in as it needs to be used within 24 hours of issuing the code. Other things to note The house has steam heat so you use the thermostat heat in the living room to adjust heat for the main floor, the sunroom has a thermostat, and the upper level has one in the primary bedroom for upstairs. With steam heat, there is no gas to the house so therefore you do not need a carbon monoxide detector. There is window air conditioning in the summer in the bedrooms and dining room. There are 6 smart tvs -one in each bedroom and 3 on main floor- amazon and ROKU. There are free apps on the tv you can use such Pluto TV, TUBI, freeve and more. They have free TV shows, news, movies, and other things. You can access other streaming accounts with your login. There is a record player, backgammon game, cards, poker chips, board games, and books in the dining room for your use. We hope you enjoy your stay.
