HOUSE IN UBATUBA, EXCELLENT FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS!

This is a house for those looking for space, tranquility and security. For more than 25 years in the family, this house has always been a haven for family reunions and wonderful gatherings of friends, from high school, through college and now with their respective children. Our family still enjoys the property from time to time, but we feel the need to move the house and provide new and good stories for more people. The space So, if you have a family that deserves a weekend or a good holiday, this is a great house for it. Or if you have a group of friends and want to spend fun days together, barbecuing, showering, coming and going from the beach, which is a few meters away, without worrying about a car, traffic or crossing roads and avenues, our house is really an excellent option. Our house is in Toninhas, a quiet beach, with clean and generally calm sea. It is a spacious house, with constant renovations and that offers a lot of comfort to its guests. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master suite with a queen-size bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds in each and another smaller suite, with 1 standard double bed and 1 single bed. The TV and living room are spacious and airy, with sofas, armchairs, a pouf and a toilet. Dining room with table for 8 people, right next to the kitchen. This kitchen is complete, with lots of cabinets, full of utensils, a microwave, 2 refrigerators, a stove and 1 vertical freezer to store a lot of barbecue meat. We also have a front balcony for family gatherings and long conversations until the wee hours of the night, a back balcony with a large table for 8 or 10 people, a barbecue and an industrial stove for the chefs on duty! Outside, we also have a delightful shower... and I'm warning you, it's cold! The house has fans in every room, including the kitchen. The doors are large, to ventilate the house well when opened, but all have bars and several locks and padlocks, so that guests can really go out to the beach or to the city center with the sense of security that Brazilians like and need. On top of all this, our house is a few meters from the beach. More precisely, on the back street. However, you don't have to go around the block to get there. This is because there is a private parking lot on the property in front of the house, with the passage cleared. So, just cross this parking lot (which is small and quiet) and the beach, kiosk, caipirinha, beer and shrimp are right there.
