The spacious layout includes a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, and a luxurious bedroom, plus shower room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a wall-mounted oven, microwave, electric hobs, a large fridge, stainless-steel sink, washer-dryer, and essentials like a kettle and toaster. The cosy dining area, nestled by windows offering idyllic countryside views, seats four for meals or drinks. In the living space, a large corner sofa invites relaxation—perfect for movie nights on the wall-mounted TV or stretching out after a day exploring the coast. The sofa is also a sofa bed, meaning the property can accommodate up to 4 guests. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request. Tucked beneath the rafters of the hayloft, this sunlit room boasts two skylights and additional windows with blackout blinds for restful nights. A bedside table, lamp, and wardrobe provide comfort and ample storage. The sleek, modern shower room is complete with a walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, mirror, and heated towel rail, offering a refreshing and stylish space. Entirely on the first floor, this thoughtfully designed property is both practical and inviting. The true highlight is the balcony, accessed directly from the living area. Surrounded by a glass balustrade to preserve the uninterrupted countryside views, this generous space is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks while savouring the sunset skies. Equipped with a bistro set, it’s an idyllic spot for relaxation. Guest access Access to the property is via a well-maintained driveway, shared with neighbours, leading to a gated parking area exclusively for the main house and loft. There is also a separate, gated rear entrance if needed. Guests will have full access to the loft and the surrounding grounds, which are rustic and wild in nature. While there is a lawn area and woodland to explore, the grounds are not fully livestock-secure but are suitable for well-behaved dogs and are gated to the road for added safety. The adjoining main house can be booked either with or without the loft, if booked together they can sleep up to 14. If not included in your booking, the loft shares access and parking with the main property, ensuring convenience for all guests. Other things to note Additional Information for Your Stay All bed linen and towels are provided, but we kindly ask that towels not be used for the beach. For little ones, cots and high chairs are available upon request prior to your stay, ensuring everyone is comfortable. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you, but please note that the garden area is not fully fenced, so pets will need supervision. For the comfort of all guests, we request that smoking is not permitted during your visit.
