Gîte for 6 to 8 people, in the Normandy Maine park, between Perche and Alpes Mancelles. The gîte includes: - On the ground floor: Living room, equipped kitchen and dining area. Toilet. - upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom The gîte is 5 min from the forest of Perseigne, 15 min from Alençon, 10 min from Mamers and 40 min from Le Mans, quiet and within an equestrian structure. We would be happy to host you and introduce you to the activities and curiosities of the area. The space This accommodation is new and has been completely renovated and updated by us. Guest access The entire building is accessible in addition to a small furnished terrace. Other things to note The gîte is within a small equestrian structure. We provide bed sheets, blankets but NOT bath towels.
