Gite for 6 to 8 people, in the Normandy Maine park, between Perche and Alpes Mancelles. The cottage includes: - On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen living room and dining area. Toilet. - upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom The cottage is 5 minutes from the Perseigne forest, 15 minutes from Alençon 10 minutes from Mamers and 40 minutes from Le Mans, quiet and within an equestrian structure. We would be happy to welcome you and introduce you to the activities and curiosities of the area. The space This place is new and has been fully renovated and put to the taste of the day by us. Guest access All the building is accessible in addition to a small furnished terrace. Other things to note The gite is in a small equestrian structure. We provide bed sheets, blankets but NOT bath towels.
