It's so close to the town and at the same time such an isolated and relaxing place. The house is located at an estate of 2 acres , full of tall and old trees. The pine tree,in the entrance ,overcomes three generations as well as the magnolia tree, which overlooks the frontage. The house is surrounded by large windows which provide to guests wonderful view of the lush natural garden for calm and relaxation. In more detail, the ground floor is consisted by the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, one restroom, two bedrooms (the globe and the green-lavender bedroom) with ensuited walking closets, access to the yard and a shared bathroom.
