Inviting 100 sqm 3.5-room duplex apartment on the 1st floor in Dreieich-Offenthal. Perfect as a getaway for families (child-friendly and equipped for stays with children!) or groups, it is quietly located and is still well connected to the surrounding cities (including Frankfurt, Offenbach, Darmstadt and Wiesbaden). The apartment is modern, air conditioned and equipped with everything from TV to kitchen. The space The dining/living area is equipped with a couch, 60” smart TV, stereo, dining table and access to the balcony and kitchen. The balcony is a great place to have a nice dinner on a warm summer evening but the dining table has plenty of room for dinners with friends and family as well. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to cook, including ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, nespresso machine and cooking utensils of course. You’ll find a big luxurious bathroom on the same floor including sink, toilet, shower and separate bathtub, as well as a guest restroom with a toilet and sink. Towel, hygiene products such as showergel, bath bombs and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer are provided. The guest bedroom on the same floor is equipped with a double bed, dresser and clothes rail and offers a comfortable place to sleep and stay. A flight of stairs connects the hallway to the master bedroom on the top floor. It’s equipped with a lounge area with a 60” smart TV, a double bed, working area and a walk-in closet. The big window front gives the room lots of light and a spacious feeling while also giving you the choice to wake up with the sun. The master bedroom has an AC and bedding is supplied for both bedrooms. The washing machine is located in the basement and free for you to use. No parties or bigger events are allowed in the accommodation. Especially not on the balcony! This is only for small groups and families. No noises are tolerated after 8 pm and we ask you to respect it and be considerate of the neighbors. Guest access The flat is conveniently located in Dreieich-Offenthal, quiet at night but well connected to all major cities in the area. The train station is in walking distance walking 350m) as well as essential shops (eg. Bakeries etc.). Trains to Frankfurt go every half-hour during the week and take roughly 30min to Frankfurt main station. In case you’re traveling by car you can use the parking space directly on the premises. Getting around by car: the Autobahn A661 is 5km away, you can get to Frankfurt (ca. 20km) or take the A3 towards East/West or South towards Darmstadt (ca. 20km). Furthermore you can take the A5 which is 10km away. The airport is close as well (ca. 20km) and easy to reach with the direct bus connection in walking distance (400m) or per car. Other things to note You’ll check-in via self-check-in with a key box which you’ll receive the code to prior to your arrival, but we will of course be available to answer questions and offer help during your entire stay. This flat is located on the 2nd floor (1 flight of stairs) and does not have an elevator.
