What you will see upon your arrival will be the beautiful driveway, surrounded by cypress trees, as well as the magnificent gardens with oak trees, olive trees, flowers with rainbow colors, and lemon plants in ancient terracotta vases. Ground floor: The Villa opens out onto a spacious and bright Veranda with a decorative Focus fireplace, old stone floors, and a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy a glass of local wine. On the same level, from the Veranda, you can access the Billiard Room with a Corner bar, the main Kitchen and Dining Room with a decorative fireplace, and Private Room with a satellite TV. First Floor: Up the stone stairs, the first floor of the villa opens up into a spacious living area with a typical Tuscan old fireplace and big comfortable sofas. This space, with its traditional ceilings with wooden beams, creates a nice and luxurious atmosphere with all the comforts you may need. On this floor there are also 4 bedrooms, all with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers. Villa Podere La Fornace’s four bedrooms are decorated in an equally charming fashion and have beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. Dependence: The Dependence consists of a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for children. In the sixth bedroom, you’ll find a double bed. The SPA: A true Tuscan experience wouldn’t be complete without a SPA. The entrance of our spa is located at the back of the Villa, and it takes up the entire Villa’s Lower Floor. A real piece of paradise in the heart of Chianti: Turkish bath, sauna, and Jacuzzi will always be at the guests’ disposal as well as a Gym. Pool&Garden: The Villa’s masterpiece is the swimming pool together with the heated Jacuzzi. Walk down the stone steps to the pool with a fragrant and landscaped garden that offers the perfect place to relax and cool down on a Tuscan summer’s day!
