A small charming property located less than an hour from Paris and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau! Freshly renovated, this small self-contained cottage will allow you to spend a weekend in an idyllic setting, discover the region and its sports in the heart of nature, or simply relax in this little paradise! The space It was during the first half of the 20th century that this small cottage with the look of Russian Datcha lights out. Disappointed at the end of the Universal Exhibition in Paris 1937, it is in Grez-sur-Loing, a village of cosmopolitan artists, that he will find a root for the second part of his life. 85 years later he is still there, and will even have resisted a century-old flooding him overwhelming it nearly 1.80m in the water! Guest access The delivery of the keys is by appointment, accompanied by a visit of the premises and small tips for a successful stay! During the latter you will have access to the entire place, with the exception of the cellar. You will be able to park your vehicle in the property, on the front part. Other things to note Who says unusual self-catering accommodation says small concessions! By renovating this chalet more than 80 years old we have done everything possible to bring maximum modern comfort, without however distorting the place, and within the limit of what imposed us its non-connection to the various networks (water, electricity, gas, sewer, ...) You can enjoy the light and current in 220v, for normal use, thanks to a battery. a 12v circuit can supply a submerged pump for the kitchen faucet. Attention there is only cold water, to obtain hot water it will be necessary to heat it, on the gas plate, or on the wood stove. In this same kitchen you will find a gas fridge of 40L, as well as a gas plate 2 fires. There is also the possibility to heat dishes on the wood stove. The water supply and the evacuation of the latter are done thanks to 2 tanks of 20L, as in a tiny house. The toilets are separate: you will find in an annex dry toilets, as well as a solar shower outdoors.
