Winter Note: During heavy snowfall, plows may build up snow along the front fence, which can affect the angled parking spots. Other things to note Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $75 cleaning fee per stay. Please be sure to select “bringing a pet” when booking. Beach Access: There is a small public beach just steps away, though direct access from our property is minimal and rocky (see listing photos). Please help us respect the privacy of neighboring properties. Location: Like many water-view homes here, the house sits directly off scenic Highway 101. Both the yard and back deck are fully fenced for the safety of kids and dogs. Security: For safety, 5 exterior cameras record video 24/7 (front door, garage, driveway, side yard, back door). There are no cameras inside the home, on decks, or near the hot tub—your privacy is fully respected.
