Downtown Medina Contemporary Loft

A sandstone building built in 1867 in downtown Medina, NY. Totally renovated in 2016 with roughly 5,000 sq/ft of space between the 2nd and 4th floors. 2nd Floor has a bar, office, and full bathroom. Main living space on the 3rd floor has 2 full baths, laundry room, library, balcony, and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. The 4th floor has a sleeping loft area, full private bedroom, half and full bathrooms. The loft is set up to sleep 8 people but we have an air mattress available to fit up to 10. The space On the westside of Main Street (1 block from Erie canal). The Mile 303 bar is on the first floor along with the General Store art studio. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, chocolate shop, clothing shops, antiques, train museum, murals, Erie Canal, etc. Other things to note Mile 303 is on the 1st floor of the building www dot mile303 dot com... one of the world's only parametrically derived sculpture bars (in this case; an 80' long abstracted sculpture of the Erie Canal in turquoise :)
