Beautifully updated 3rd floor Bridgewater 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo in Litchfield. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, and all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea Resort. Stay here to relax at the pool or on the beach, play tennis or pickleball, golf nearby at one of the nearby award winning courses, or sample low country cuisine at one of many amazing Pawleys Island Restaurants. This location is truly great for it all! Dog friendly with pet fee of $175. The space Comfortable King size bed, granite countertops, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room make this your perfect home away from home. This unit is on the 3rd floor with a great view of the ocean and the pool area. Guest access Parking is a free in the lot just outside the condo building, however you must have a gate pass displayed. We offer a keyless door access so no need for registration upon arrival. Other things to note There are washers and dryers on the 2nd floor near the elevator if laundry is needed. The machines only accept card payments. We do not offer housecleaning services during the stay. *Dog fee of $175 will be requested through Airbnb and is due before check-in day. *We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day. *We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay. *Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
