The home feels private and self-contained yet close to Downtown for your activities. The space The custom kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, quartzite countertops and plenty of space to create enjoyable meals with loved ones. The dining table seats four and the kitchen counter is extended with two adjustable chairs for a quick bite or working from home. Third bedroom is a dedicated office which has a printer, small sofa, desk & office chair, LED desk lamp, and paper shredder. The area is large enough to convert the space into a spare bedroom for another guest. A floor mattress is provided for this extra sleeping arrangement upon request.
