Serenity Shores boasts luxurious amenities, including a 5,000 sq ft mega pool with a commercial waterslide, kid's splash pad, hot tubs, and a lazy river, ensuring our guests have a truly unforgettable stay. This unit is best suited for 10 adults and 10 children. Base rate covers up to 16 guests, max number of guests is 20 (with extra guest fees - please see rental agreement for more information). BOOKING RULES: PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. Located on the lower tier of the resort, it is one of the units that is closer to the lake and the dock. The closest pool is the infinity pool, just a short walk away. The rest of the amenities are just up the hill. This villa offers partial lake views on every level. The floorplan is open to the large dining area and gourmet kitchen allowing everyone to be together. Mealtime is a breeze in this kitchen, fully stocked with just about any cooking utensil you could need. There’s seating for 8-10 at the dining table and 3 more at the island. There is also a table for 6 on the deck. It’s pure comfort in the two upper-level en-suites with king-size beds. Each suite has a full bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the lake. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. On the main level are two more guest rooms. One has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. They share a Jack-n-Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall. On the lower walkout basement level, there is a full bath in the hall and two more bedrooms. One is a HUGE BUNK ROOM furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds. You can sleep up to 8 kids just in this bedroom alone! The second bedroom is another King suite with a private bath and a sliding glass door leading to the screened-in patio. Enjoy the views of the lake in a bug-free environment. The downstairs living area has an awesome entertainment/media room with a 55” flat panel smart TV, foosball table and top-quality sectional queen sleeper. You can also access the screened-in patio from the living room. If you have a very large group (up to 34) you can rent the other side of this duplex-style villa.
